Charter Hits Milestone of 1 Million EBIF Ready Set-Tops

Charter Communications says it has deployed digital set-tops from Cisco capable of delivering interactive TV advertising and programming in about 1 million homes. The MSO, which counts about 5 million subscribers, worked with technology vendors Concurrent and FourthWall Media to prepare its set-tops to receive ads that rely on the industry's EBIF platform.
