Last week (see the article published on itvt.com, September 26th), cloud-based interactive TV specialist, ActiveVideo Networks , announced that it had resolved its long-running patent dispute with Verizon . While the terms of the settlement are confidential, according to ActiveVideo it sees Verizon paying it the $260 million previously ordered by the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, as well as "an additional unspecified amount of money."
