Interview: VP of Content and Product Solutions, Eric Anderson, on Samsung's Free the TV Challenge III

Earlier this summer (see the article published on, July 25th), Samsung launched its third annual " Free the TV Challeng e" connected-TV developer contest. This year's competition--subtitled "Second Screen Storytellers" --sees Samsung collaborating with the New York Television Festival ( NYTVF ) to foster the development of original multiscreen television series. The competition's winner will receive a production budget of $300,000 to create an original short series with accompanying second-screen material.
