Verimatrix Teams with I-Systems to Deploy DVB-C/IPTV Hybrid Pay-TV System for Chilean Operator

Content security specialist, Verimatrix , said Tuesday that it has teamed with Santiago, Chile-based systems integrator, I-Systems , to deploy a hybrid DVB-C/IPTV system for Chilean operator, Gtd Manquehue. According to the company, I-Systems is using its Verimatrix Video Content Authority System (VCAS) for DVB as part of a digital TV platform that includes middleware and VOD servers from GoBackTV and hybrid set-top boxes from Xavi.
