Exclusive: Rebecca Rusk Lim Named VP of Interactive Experience at Turner Broadcasting

High-profile interactive TV industry figure, Rebecca Rusk Lim, is leaving Starz Entertainment, where she was senior director of advanced entertainment, for a new position as VP of interactive experience at Turner Broadcasting. She will report into Turner's Audience & Multi-Platform Technologies (AMPT) group.

During the eight-plus years she spent at Starz, Rusk Lim worked on a number of advanced/interactive TV projects, including the first-ever OCAP broadcast, the VONGO broadband movie download service, Starz Play, and--most recently--the "Watch It" EBIF application, which last year received the CTAM ITV Idol award. "I've really enjoyed working at Starz and especially with CableLabs, CTAM, WICT and all my industry colleagues," Rusk Lim wrote in an email to [itvt]. "I'm looking forward to this new opportunity. Turner has a stellar track record on executive leadership and is consistently recognized as a great workplace for women and diversity."
