ABC to Shine Spotlight on IntoNow at Republican Debate

-- Moderators to Cite Data from Live IntoNow Social Polls in Questions for Candidates

Three months after Yahoo signed a broad partnership agreement with ABC News, the Internet giant's IntoNow social TV subsidiary will be spotlighted during a debate featuring Republican presidential candidates on Saturday.

IntoNow said viewers that tag the debate on ABC will be able to participate in polls. The moderators plan to cite data from the polls in questions for the candidates.

IntoNow isn't the first social network to gain exposure through a presidential debate. YouTube and Twitter have been involved in previous debates, with moderators using questions submitted via YouTube videos or Twitter messages for the candidates.

Yahoo acquired IntoNow in April, just 12 weeks after it was founded.
