Armed with an astonishing memory, kick-ass software (and apparently no more than an hour’s worth of sleep every night), John makes personal and TIMELY recommendations to TiVo device and TiVo OS users. Case in point: when Timothy Chalamet raised a ruckus with his derogatory comment about ballet and opera on a Variety and CNN Town Hall on February 24th, John spotted the social media feedback, “took a big lasso and put it around all the ballet content,” and immediately put it in front of viewers.
