TV’s Power Play: Private Deal Rooms at TVOT NYC 2025

At TVOT NYC 2025, business doesn’t just happen in hallways — it happens behind closed doors.

This year, we’re introducing Private Deal Rooms: exclusive, fully equipped spaces designed for game-changing conversations, high-stakes negotiations, and closing the deals that shape the future of TV. These rooms will be available while we are also producing concurrent sessions in the breakout rooms. TV monitors that you can use are included.

We’ll have 4 dedicated rooms:

• 2 intimate spaces for private, VIP discussions (up to 8 people)

• 2 larger rooms built for leadership meetings, pitch sessions, and strategy talks (up to 14 people)

• 1 smaller room for 1:1 conversations with clients and prospective customers (up to 4 people)
