The Friday Fireside welcomes back our good friend Kerry Oslund, VP of AI Strategy for E. W. Scripps. In addition to his duties as Director of the Advanced Television Systems Committee Board, Kerry (a 6x Emmy Award winner) is leading the E. W. Scripps broadcast stations and streaming platforms (including Scripps Sports) into a world that is AMPLIFIED (not replaced) by AI. There’s a lot going on in this space, and Kerry is in the front of the charge. With the increasing emphasis on LIVE NEWS in local markets, AI is critical for making it all work on time and on budget.
