The Friday Fireside welcomes Scott Mann, co-founder and CEO of Flawless. I apologize for being such a Fanboy (no I don’t…). Scott screened the Swedish sci-fi film, “Watch the Skies,” with his AI-powered dubbing at Cannes the day after we recorded this show. You will be astonished when you hear how Scott used AI to not only DUB the language (using the original actors) but also MODIFY the video so that the actors’ mouth movements matched the English dubbing, all while keeping the original context and emotion of each scene. And here’s the best part for the entertainment business: the film was produced and originally distributed in 2022. That means the film was already in the can and Flawless did their work three years later!!!
