The Friday Fireside welcomes our long-time friend Michael Collette. We first met Michael at OpenTV where he was re-writing the rules of interactive television—somewhat before its time. Now Michael, working with Tom Weiss, is CEO at Run3TV, an application framework that enables ATSC 3.0 “NextGen” broadcasters and their developers to efficiently build and deploy standards-compliant apps that run on a wide selection of TV chipsets and operating systems.
